The victims’ journey: how to listen to their stories

The Institut Francophone pour la Justice et la Démocratie – Louis Joinet is organising a Summer University on the theme of “The victims’ journey: how to listen to their stories”. Participants were able to acquire both theoretical and practical knowledge on Truth and Reconciliation Commissions (by Jean-Pierre Massias and William Schabas) and on the place of victims in international criminal jurisdictions (by Jeanne Sulzer and Gilbert Bitti).
Co-researcher Philippe Tremblay organised the workshop “Le parcours des victimes”.
