Prosecution of International Crimes: Expert Meeting on the Collaboration between National Prosecuting Authorities (NPAs) and Non-Governmental Oganizations (NGOs)

Collaboration is a key aspect with respect to the prosecution of international crimes at the national level. Collaboration between States and NGOs is of particular relevance notably concerning witness protection, evidence gathering and preservation, and various challenges faced in trials. Such themes will be addressed in this expert meeting, in which nearly 30 participants from States, NGOs, and academic institutions will share their knowledge and experiences.
