17th International Symposium of the World Society of Victimology

The 17th International Symposium of the World Society of Victimology was held in San Sebastian, Spain on 5-9 June 2022. The theme of the symposium was “Victimation in a digital world: responding to and connecting with victims”.
Professor Jo-Anne Wemmers was a symposium rapporteur and presented on “Innovative Responses to Gendered Violence” and “Transitional justice following colonial injustices in Western democracies”.
