Advanced Technical Workshops on Sponsorship

Jennifer Bond served as expert for this workshop aimed at exploring community sponsorship for advanced players. This workshop welcomed staff from IRCC and UNHCR’s international offices from ten countries and offered a chance for GRSI experts to discuss sponsorship in more detail in relation to particular country contexts.
Along with the UK Home Office, Prof. Bond co-designed and co-chaired the Technical Workshop on the Development and Implementation of Community Sponsorship Programs for government officials from eight different countries working with the Global Refugee Sponsorship Initiative.
