OSCE 1057th Plenary Meeting of the Forum

On 4 October 2023, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) hosted its 1057th Plenary Meeting of the Forum in Vienna, Austria.
Profesor Geoffrey S. Corn from Texas Tech University, Dr. Petra Ditrichová Ochmannová from International Society for Military Law and the Law of War, and co-researcher Profesor Valerie Oosterveld from Western Law shared their expertise on command responsibility and upholding and promoting awareness of International Humanitarian Law. Profesor Oosterveld also presented her remarks on holding individuals accountable for conflict-related sexual and gender-based violence through the command responsibility mode of liability.
