On 14 December 2021, the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH), Women’s Initiatives for Gender Justice, and No Peace Without justice hosted the 20th Session of the Assembly of State Parties “What is the ICC Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda’s Legacy?”. The event was an interactive discussion around the launch of FIDH’s stocktaking report on Fatou Bensouda’s nine-year term as International Criminal Court Prosecutor. The conversation focused on accountability for sexual and gender-based crimes, preliminary examinations, and outreach to victims, affected communities, and civil society organisations.
