November 2017 – Many Partnership members were interviewed concerning the Mladić judgement, which was rendered yesterday (November 22 2017). It is the ICTY’s last judgement, sentencing to life Ratko Mladić, a Bosnian Serb former general during the Bosniac war between 1992 et 1995. He was found guilty of 10 charges : one of genocide, five of crimes against humanity and four of violations of the laws or customs of war.
