U.S. Book Launch: Gender and International Criminal Law

On 19 October 2022, the Cardozo Law Institute in Holocaust and Human Rights hosted a book launch for the newly released book, Gender and International Criminal Law (Oxford University Press, 2022).
In this panel, the books three editors, Indira Rosenthal, Valerie Oosterveld, and Susana SáCouto examined the role of gender in international criminal law (ICL) and discuss the key gaps in the understanding of gender within ICL.
