U.S. Book Launch: Gender and International Criminal Law

Le 19 octobre 2022, le Cardozo Law Institute in Holocaust and Human Rights organise le lancement du livre Gender and International Criminal Law (Oxford University Press, 2022).
Dans ce panel, les trois éditrices du livre, Indira Rosenthal, Valerie Oosterveld et Susana SáCouto, examineront la notion du genre en le droit international pénal et discuteront des principales lacunes dans la compréhension du genre en droit international pénal.
