2018 William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal Symposium
March 16, 2018 - March 17, 2018
We are proud to announce this year’s Symposium: “Rights Protection in International Criminal Law and Beyond.” It will take place on March 16th and 17th, 2018.
There will be a wide range of topics such as Rights in Prosecutions Involving Sexual and Gender Based Violence and the Human Rights Impact of Evidentiary Rules. Speakers are traveling from abroad as well as from over the United States.
Professor Valerie Oosterveld gave a presentation on “Forced Marriage under International Criminal Law: Divergence from International Human Rights Law” and on “Rights Protection in International Criminal Law and Beyond”.
